Report of the Coalfields Regeneration Trust debate at the Scottish Parliament
“I turn to the issue of funding for the CRT, which so many members have raised. I am confident that as a respected player in the regeneration field and among communities, the CRT will continue to play a valuable role in helping to regenerate some of Scotland's most deprived communities. In order to assist the trust to continue its work in Scotland, I am happy to confirm that the Scottish Government will continue to support it and will invest £4.726 million in it over the next three years.” Stewart Maxwell - Minister for Communities and Sport, 29th November 2007
