The Coalfields Regeneration Trust has been delivering social regeneration work in former coal mining communities for the last 10 years. It is now at an exciting stage in its development. Its new Business Plan will establish a central and five regional social enterprises that will build on existing initiatives of employment, health and capacity and at the same time pioneer and establish other business opportunities that will both assist sustainability and be of social benefit to the communities it serves.
Income Generation & New Initiatives Manager
Salary £35,258 p.a.
Stakeholder Pension
We are looking for an exceptional person to lead, develop and deliver the objectives of this new post. The successful candidate will have a track record in bidding for and winning contracts, building partnerships and income generation. You will need flair and imagination that can be translated into financial benefits for the organisation. A good and persuasive communicator with sound organisational and marketing skills will translate into an ability to get things done, on time, with the minimum of supervision.
