Wigan Trade Park
The first speculative development we completed was 17,500 sq ft at Wigan Trade Park. Providing five high quality commercial units from 3,000 – 4,000 sq ft, it is now fully let. This trade-counter scheme has proven invaluable for local business.
Centric at Sherwood Energy Village
Building on the success of Wigan Trade Park, we completed an ambitious £2.8m commercial property development in Ollerton. Delivering 32,000 sq ft, we built nine business units between 2,000 – 7,000 sq ft. Centric at Sherwood Energy Village was 75 per cent occupied on the first day of launch. It is now fully let.
With Wigan and Ollerton delivering our proposal in practice, we are once again embarking on an ambitious 39,000 sq ft build. Following the closure of the last deep coalmine in Britain, the future for the Kellingley site has remained uncertain.
That’s why we are particularly excited to be started works on a £3.6m industrial development here. Comprising 11 individual units, ranging from 3,000 – 8,000 sq ft, with car parking and electric vehicle charging points, this brownfield site will become a high quality, commercial scheme to attract local SMEs.
Completion is scheduled for December 2021 and this project, the first to take place on site, will breathe new life into a region.
