Investment Portfolio
Since our launch in 2013, we have built up a strong and diverse investment portfolio worth £50m. Every building we have purchased is based in a former coalmining location, supporting our wider business objectives. Through the rents that we generate, we can redirect funds to the Coalfields Regeneration Trust. This then allows our colleagues to scale-up the activities they deliver that impact positivity on some of the most deprived communities in the UK.
We are continuing to invest in properties within the coalfields and are always looking for opportunities to expand our portfolio.
