Opportunity to find out more about improvements to the town
The Coalfields Regeneration Trust (CRT) is inviting all members of the Kincardine community, local business people and other interested organisations to come along to an information sharing event focusing on the proposed infrastructure improvements to the town.
The ‘Imagine Kincardine’ event is being held on Thursday 7 October at The Coalfields Training & Enterprise Hub on Kirk Street and Kincardine Community Centre on Anderson Lane. People are welcome to drop into either venue between 10am-2pm or 4-8pm.
As well as promoting plans for Kincardine town centre improvements, CRT is inviting other organisations to showcase their work. For example, the local housing association will discuss its plans for external improvement to properties.
Politicians have also been invited to the event to hear more about the plethora of positive changes happening in Kincardine
Nicky Wilson, chair of CRT in Scotland, said: “Great improvements are planned for Kincardine and there are a number of initiatives under way to make the town an even better place to live. We’re pleased to be holding this stakeholder information event to share various proposals and give the local community another opportunity to contribute.”
