With a degree in Real Estate from London South Bank University, Shaun is an experienced property director. With a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry, Shaun is skilled in real estate development, commercial real estate, finance and property management.
Shaun joined CRT Property Investments in 2014 after a 15-year career as a Development Surveyor for Harworth Group, one of the UK’s leading land and property regeneration companies.
Tom Graham
Property and Asset Manager
With a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Manager from Harper Adams, Tom is a Chartered Surveyor with over 3 years’ experience managing commercial property and working across different asset classes.
As a graduate surveyor, Tom carried out a range of landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, rent reviews and managing service charge budgets across a whole property portfolio, before joining CRT Property Investments in April 2021.
He now assists with the day-to-day management of the property portfolio, as well as liaising with third party consultants.
Tom has recently passed his APC to achieve MRICS status.
