As you may imagine, as an organisation that engages with communities, partners, stakeholders and government, a large part of what we do is to go out and meet with people. The activities that we are involved with changes depending on the audience but we have a range of events that we take part in and that we invite people along to.
Please find further details about these events, the dates and times below.
The day will provide an opportunity to meet with and hear from speakers from groups operating in coalfield areas on this year’s theme of health, as well as find out what’s new at CRT and catch up with colleagues.
Jointly hosted by the Industrial Communities Alliance, the Key Cities Group, the Centre for Towns and the Coalfields Regeneration Trust.
In recent years much of the focus in economic development has been on the big cities. Growth in the big cities is welcome but it raises many questions for the rest of the country.
We will be attending this event and hope to engage with lots of residents from coalfield communities that are looking at ways in which they can fund their projects and initiatives that meet with one of our three priorities for action; employment, skills and health.
Speak directly to funders; access essential funding information, advice and support; network with other local organisations. This event is aimed at local voluntary and community groups, especially those new to the funding arena in West Cumbria.
Please book to attend one of these two sessions:
