Meeting with the levelling up agenda set by Government, we want to ensure that our properties deliver social value that will last for generations to come.
As an example, when we work on an industrial development, it is our commitment to redirect up to 25 per cent of all funds back into that local area over ten years. We do this through delivering social investment programmes that meet with three priorities for action: employment, skills and health and wellbeing.
Once complete, our buildings provide Grade A accommodation for SME start-up and scale-up enterprises, safeguard and create jobs for local people and tackle the societal issues that set barriers to progress for residents.
