Absent landlords and the quality, availability and costs of existing propety stock all led to our need to tackle the housing shortage head-on. We completed a £1m residential property development on Washington Road in Goldthorpe.

Extensive analysis of the housing stock in the area found that the most pressing requirement was for two-bedroom homes. As such, we drew up plans for two storey dwellings that would comprise of an open plan kitchen, diner and living room space, with staircase leading on to two bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Following the demolition of two derelict properties, we built ten high quality, affordable homes. As a result, we were able to provide four semi-detached and six detached houses for local families.
