Foyer and pop up area
Holds a variable number of people depending on set up. An informal reception space which can be used free of charge. Please note this is a public space and is not suitable for confidential meetings.

Training Room
The fully equipped training room can hold 12-14 in a board room style or 20-30 theatre style. It is multi-media enabled, with a flip chart and a 60 inch TV / LCD screen that can be connected to any laptop.
Per Hour: £20 - Half Day: £75 - Full Day: £150
Large Office Space
The room has one desk and a small meeting table. Can hold 2-3 for a small meeting or be used as a larger office for one person. Storage (open shelving) available.
Per Hour: £15 - Half Day: £30 - Full Day: £50
Small Office Space
Smaller office with one desk and a desk top computer. The office can hold 2 comfortably making it an ideal space for private discussion.
Per Hour: £15 - Half Day: £30 - Full Day: £50
Hot Desk Space
There are 6 hot desk spaces as standard each of which is connected with separation boarding between stations. Whilst the room sizes are fixed the hot desk area can be easily reconfigured providing a degree of flexibility which can be matched to your need.
Per Hour: £5 - Half Day: £15 - Full Day: £25

- All areas are fully Wi-fi connected with free access to high speed broadband throughout.
- Fully serviced with a manned reception from 9am to 5 pm Mon-Friday
- All room hire includes access to the kitchen and showering facilities.
